The VWAP was 11.5 on 16 mill shares on Day 1
The VWAP was 12.1 on 21 mill shares on Day 2
The VWAP was 12.9 on 19 mill shares on Day 3
The VWAP is 14.1 on 27 mill shares on Day 4 so far
for a VWAP at this point of 12.8 and an SPP of 10.56, 284 mill shares issued and only 10 mill shares to be done in the placement, raising just $1.05 mill above the $30 mill in the SPP.
Presumably the VWAP must end up a little higher but not a lot.
