weightlifters and blackmarket

So the weightlifters have come through with a more successful drug test through injection and buying through a source in China which has been said contravenes the CZD patents. When this blackmarket material is tested and if it is found to be in contravention - as another post says. 'a letter from a lawyer can shut that down'. Do they also sue?

Does CZD then market an injectable form, not just for weightlifters but for other use - application by medical staff? Is marketing an injectable form still a consideration? (I have also seen posts about the 'under skin slow release - does that need trialling also?)
