    Thats EXACTLY right SP. Its like going to the casino, leveraging the cash you have available 30-1 or 100-1, betting it all and knowing that if you lose, you'll get the money back. If you win, the winnings are yours to keep.

    Privatise the profits, socialise the losses.

    Its why the system needs structural reform
