Abbott missed a great opportunity to show that Australia was more than sun and sand and weird animals.
All he did was keep the stereotype image going.
He missed the chance to rise above partisan politics again and set Australia course to that of being a Middle Power in the Asian Region. He has firmly planted us a holiday destination with lots of sun , sand and weird animals.
