Morning Hoots, my understanding is that this report has literally taken months to put together, the research, diagrams and the findings are detailed to the 'nth degree. Such a comprehensive report is not going to be handed to some lame backwater journo who wouldn't know their bots from their booty.
In short I think the author will do everything in their power to ensure maximum exposure with the appropriate media outlets, I'm not quite sure how ASIC will have the luxury of sweeping it under the carpets...I hope! We will have to see how the whole thing travels..I certainly wish the author the very best of luck.
