Quite sure that's what's going on, I'm one those trying to get in at 0.50 cents or under if possible. Have been watching this stock rise from just over 0.30 cents, can see the value on offer. Would like to make it part of my portfolio.
Not easy to find value in dividend paying stocks at the moment. Over weight on gold explorers and producers and this would add some balance.
Enjoy reading the posts on this forum, looks like I'm going to have increase my bid to get in.
