They are fair comments Kozzie and within my spectrum of thoughts. Kozzie knows what part of the general market he/she has parked money. He/she like me are in it to see an incredible return on investment 2-3 yrs from now but also know of the possibility of a burnt dollar.

I don't blame shazza for the ambiguities its the nature of the situation we are all in. Mt Bevan may be a wealth winner it may be a collection of tumbleweed. We will know what when that pick on the hill photo is replaced with a very big machine.
