1) By whom, for what reason and how?

2) Market Manipulation intentionally results in a price which does not reflect the forces of genuine supply and demand (as breached by the relevant market manipulation provision (s1041A of the Corporations Act). It has both civil and criminal penalties. Are we saying that this is going on in SDL and has serious potential criminal ramifications for people behind this?

3) Given the % of relative shares traded is the same like SDL, can we assume PDN, LYC, AGO, SBM, NCM, LNG, OSH, FMG, MGX etc etc..are also manipulated?

Its 3c because sentiment, IO prices, Execution risk, Ebola, Global Peers, funding, Cash flows, delays, no buy side interest etc etc...

We gotta move off this manipulation theory...
