everytime its goes up, someone keeps selling down. must be a broker who wants to cap the price, probably to make sure they keep the next raising at a low price. pity the normal investor, with drilling at SM6 imminent, this could really run in the next few weeks, but will the cappers continue to keep it down? time will tell.
