Retail prices will never drop.
also, even if the wholesale price drops over time and the retail price follows suit, the sheer amount of energy required on the network over the next ten years will make up for the lower cost with increases in demand.
Once people as a whole wake up to the lack of reliability the network will have in the next 5-10 years, hopefully we can finally transition to nuclear power.
AGL should be in a good position to take advantage of that opportunity.
