Just go look at the announcements that AKP has made to the ASX. When new shares are issued an 'Application for quotation of shares' announcement needs to be made. When the laughably named 'Sophisticated Investors' bought into the CR they had to pay up immediately and the announcement was made the same day as the cleansing notice. New shares have not been issued to EM.
