No. I understood what BobL was explaining, but I also checked it for myself as I had not heard of this phenomenon previously. My own checks confirmed what BobL was saying. He is correct.
In addition, the company has also reported an increase in function of the chips to play frequencies from 15 Hz to 25 kHz. Previously they were only able to get down to around 80 Hz. So it is difficult to reconcile an increase in function with your conclusion that the chip just does not work at all. This is not the trend that we are seeing at all.
