    Looking on the bright side, perhaps the reason AKP hasn't updated the market to say they have missed their definitive timeframes is that they have not missed them this time. Maybe the 40,000 pre production chips were received in September, as expected, and are currently undergoing testing. Therefore no need to update the market?
