More likely you are being f*ed over by Bart and co. Why would they take this thing to the Chinese in the first place? If the speaker is what they tout it is there should be US tech companies falling over themselves. The Chinese have an abysmal track record of IP theft, forced technology transfer etc. "Sound Valley"!? I'm not convinced. The product either isn't what they say it is or something more sinister is going on, hence theories from @Plooto etc. And based on AKP's track record + the whole not receiving funds from EM saga it's easy to understand his/her thinking.
