She also knows you have a product that has been on the never never for 12 years.
She knows analogue speakers work fine.
She knows any replacement could only take place if the value added was so revolutionary, that it was a value added expense.
She knows these guys are a loooooooong shot with a ludicrously faith based valuation.

Somewhat congruently, the reason it can't be shorted is the same reason it's valuation has remained what it is.
