No-one was forced or manipulated to purchase or hold this stock to my knowledge.
The DOCA scenario is an interesting one I do not know enough about, I believe that's how the Sleeping Giant was ended but that was also a private company. One would think there would be a higher level required for a listed company irrespective of shareholding or secured/ unsecured loans.
I would like to think if anything like this happened Fred would see his days out in court.
I do wonder how long this goes on for.. One would think they (EM & AKP) are not sitting on their hands and EM are punching out patents that would seem to line up with known issues like SPL and noise.
Why expand to 8" fab's if they don't have the process window locked down?
I think the core issue here is the bulk of holders are invested on multiple levels and are just looking for some clarity as there has been a deviation to what was announced/ expected for some reason.
