Bob I have received a draft of the next announcement and it reads as follows:

Dear Shareholders,

We have successfully played music with our revised Wafer Chip assembly. We played Frank Sinatra's White Christmas through the chip, although we heard Mariah Carey's All I want for Christmas is You. Sound quality was amazing, although it played the wrong music.

We are not sure why or how this has occurred but are working closely with Tower Jazz in formulating a plan to reconfigure the FAB and chips are set to be delivered imminently. We believe we will inform shareholders as soon as we get results from the new wafers inline with our requirements, although we have already shifted our efforts to mass production and spending our new fortunes..... If we feel shareholders should be told anything material Fred will be putting out a one line statement that nobody understands when he gets around to it.
