Nobody should forget that EM were doing stuff in audio MEMS before AP collaborated with them. That is why they are working in that field and why they have been patenting such things. And that is why there was such a good fit between them. But they do not have the rights to the DSR technology. That is AP's alone. Together they both understand they have a product like no other. And future products to come that will increase the IP of both partners.
