As I understand it EM is not a typical company in a western sense. How it works I do not know, but it appears to be some kind of association of collaborating entities - some of which do own FABS. From the work done at EM for AP it certainly has been a sufficiently credible organisation that AP were happy to work very closely with it. Let's be clear about that also.
I do not believe it is a club like Yuval's "men's shed" for instance!
