Peteski alluded to Weiss numbers not stacking up in an earlier post.

IMO Im thinking that he might have a point.

Weiss uptill 12th March had 399,077,000 shares (from the 9th) and then purhases some more on 13th. However LG recieves 399,444,000 on the 13th. Until settlements date those shares from the 13th I imagine cannot be transferred to LG. Also we haven't seen a substantial change notice yet from Weiss who if haven't transferred might have sailed past the 20% point assuming they are still buying.
