    look, I agree, for me the current SP is not relevent, if I needed to sell it would be, or if MCO needed to raise cash it would be. If the pro's out weight the cons then the SP should rise eventually all other things being equal.

    I don't have any other way of deciding and I don't believe anyone else does either.
