This mkt is dangerous. When considering opening new positions/closing current positions... i consider risk/reward ratio 1st, 2nd and 3rd. After a 60% surge (US) and 55% surge (AUS).... ask yrself: Which is more likely... will kt keep surging/rising or slide/collapse?? Base yr trades after reaching yr decision.
My thinking? Plenty folk will be looking to cash-in their profits so another strong rise unlikely IMO. My portfolio is 35% long(mainly gold) and 65% short. At least it offers a hedge and if mkt tanks the profits are strong.
