Iv'e had that problem before on Commsec and it happened to me today, Shane667. You can't open announcements from your watchlist, right? What you have to do is; search by ASX code; type in the code ie "evn"; click research; then announcements.
Try that and if you can't work out my instructions go to www.asx.com.au
If you don't take up your rights-issue you will be able to sell your allocation through commsec. You have approximately a 2 week period to do that. I'm in the same boat as you no dough to invest so I'll be cashing in on these babies.
