    The problem with this low sp is far too much dilution on any cap raising.....management isn't looking so smart on corporate management now is it? They should have already been prepared and good to go very soon after the release of the PFS which would have ensured a decent CR at over $2.

    A substantial bounce is surely due looking at the 200 day MA and the support line from 30c or thereabouts.
