What I find weird is the Fed (which is independent from the OBama govt,) is proposing or doing QE3, so going more into national debt.

Yet it is the govt who has to handle the cleanup or determine who to tax and which funds to save on.

Congress has power over the laws that relate to maximium thresholds of debt..

So the Feds spending is different to welfare benefits ietc it provides money to prop up banks.

The Pres appoints the senior position in the Fed, being Ben Benernke. But apart from that appointment they are independent.

Anyway I'll drop back on my share holdings
