If it is Tembo, maybe at the time they said this statement they were thinking $1 as an average for all their stock. They've got some serious issues with Strandline and the Coburn project needs really money put in to keep it alive (or Tembo will do serious coin).
But remember now Tembo are still holding 110 million and the other large shareholders probably didn't throw many (if any into this bookbuild.
Retail will have a very serious say in all, but for me, I want SL to get NN up.
