It is not listed as such, but trades OTC on Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. Meaning they can buy/sell NVX on Frankfurt and Nasdaq.
So when NVX list in Nasdaq it'd be the first oversea listing for the company ("listing" is when you actually raise money from that stock exchange. Currently they are just trading there).
