From memory, they price it to its SP on ASX's . It's just that you need to meet all the regulatory requirements of Nasdaq. ASX is known to be more relax when it comes to requirement, so they may face a bit of a hurdle. By hurdle I dont mean failure, I meant a fair bit of work to be done.
