Pretty much my thoughts too. I would be amazed to see this oversubscribed but would be happy to see $2.5m+ at this stage with the 3 month window open to raise the remainder.
The most important info released this week will be changes in shareholdings of the current substantial holders and directors.
My opinion which I've kept to myself for now is that the board and management suspect Dimerix will be acquired this year so have offered a discounted rights issue allowing themselves, founder + long term shareholders, and anyone else to "get set" at a low level. If a takeover were to occur, even this week, no-one, including ASIC, can argue with the 12c as it's been offered to all shareholders.
However having said that, the truth will be released this week. If there is no evidence of directors or long term shareholders increasing their holdings then my theory is wrong!
