To be fair, its not all doom
Some of us VMC holders also believe in the project, and now RXL may benefit from some of the VMC shareholders becoming shareholders of RXL.
If say someone like Christopher Wallin can be convinced this project is indeed a goer, you never know, he might throw 20 million or more at it...
