LOL, you have to be kidding...
If this was a different company then your WFE shares would be worth nothing and irrelevant. The fact it is the same company is why your WFE shares still have a perceived value.
If it was a totally new company then those that pay up for the shares in the IPO would not be immediately diluted by the consolidated shares and the debt to equity.
Has the ACN changed or is it the same?? If it's the same then it is the same company with a different name.
Whether you believe it or not is irrelevant, it is still the same company, with the same main shareholders, and directors.
You were politely asked a question and instead of answering chose to obfuscate.
