There is no surprise in the offer being extended, because it is such a poor offer IMHO.

Extending the offer period is a sign that take up has been poor, just like extending the time period for 'priority' holders showed the same.

This is a shame for existing holders as it tends to indicate that this stock will not relist, however the success of the offer in Pathfinder was always depending upon uptake by people that had already been burnt in WFE. I suspect a lot of once bitten twice shy by most existing holders.

This IPO always looked rushed and poorly put together IMHO, sort of like the last project...
