@apkjm ... I'm very happy for holders that I was incorrect about them being able to raise the capital.

It was a terrible prospectus for potential investors, but it states a lot about the current gold market if they have in fact raised the necessary funds. If it was oversubscribed in the end, it would be interesting to know why they had to extend the offer in the first place.

The company homepage still states that " We are now accepting subscriptions" and has no message about the issue being closed or fully subscribed. Are they still doing 'announcements' via social media??
