Oddly, I actually like some parts of the prospectus. But not the project(s)
Not many, but a few parts are reasonable.
Re: The $1m purchase price.... If this re lists @ 20c and tanks to 10c it’s $500k
If it falls to 5c then it’s $250k
Still a good earner for the vendors.
Then throw in the vendor’s performance shares! And there’s a lot of them.
I hope all the facilitator’s, vendor’s and other effectively free or near free shares have a compulsory 2 year escrow.
