I've got some pretty old news (2009 news)
POSCO acquired a 16.65% stake in jms.
Jupiter Mine was going to spend $7.5 million from POSCO on manganese and iron ore projects. And POSCO was going to buy 50% of the iron ore produced by Jms.
Jms is now divided into jms and jno.
jms has a manganese project jno has an iron ore project.
And POSCO is still a major shareholder of Jms and Jno.
I wonder if the condition that POSCO will purchase 50% of Jno's iron ore production is still valid.
