the Board is extremely pleased...." EXTREMELY.

I can understand why the company was so excited for the appointment of Mr Christopher Rowe.

    Another oncoming possible "merge"

Now Mr Christopher Rowe is the chairman for both TEX and DVM International Limited, DVM is actually an oil company.

Mr Rowe join the company with DVM's key project
--ATP 587 in Queensland with target oil in place 33 mmbbl, gas in place 610 bcf.

Now at least TEX has a strong relationship with ATP 587.

DVM needs cash injection to develop ATP 587, and TEX needs a big project to move forward as well. Now DVM has only 35.6 million shares on issue, and MC is only around 2 million.

So IMO looks like not only Mr Christopher Rowe join the company, but also DVM as well.

BTW, I believe the recent SP movement(5.8c--6.5c) is due to the new director buying. My guess.

Anyway guys the new appointment is really a good news for us, now we eye on a bigger project ATP 587, maybe its TEX's future.
