Thanks Welds. Agree with your explanation. @cooky the appraisal will value the mine site from the current + future potential minus the liabilities. The money can be utilised to purchase more mines in Oz, then it's good then. They won't loose but scaling up their business instead. Bul*eye assets are good too, if not MH wouldn't waste much time, energy, and resources to acquire them. To me, he knows what he's doing.
