A great D and D presentation if you're an EMR holder and only listen to that one in isolation - but that was the 59th, fifteen minute presentation of 66 over 3 days - so fair play to anybody there who was able to sort the wheat from the chaff.
Hart mentioned EMR becoming an 1,000 koz per annum. That's a sales pitch, right? In my limited experience 1,000 koz pa would be an incredibly long way off. Euroz Hartleys seem to think 300koz pa (increasing)
Are EMR a company that targets that sort of production OR are they a company that is really good at identifying bargains, then using their expertise to turn around and/or bring to fruition, then sell and move on.
Using the property world as an analogy - when they've vastly improved a dilapidated property - do they rent it or sell it?
The mission statement and corporate overview on the EMR website (imo) lean towards the latter. Sell, realise value, and crystallise cash, then move on.
