My thoughts are , that has MLX spun off NC1 to make it a more attractive target for T/O, or to merely simplify their current business plan and lower costs of production, without added costs of goods sold?

With such a tiny MC, and with not even a grader yet to hit the ground, you might assume CR's after CR's will be required to get any of this tenement into production.

OR, is there a close neighbour(s) with the economies of scale to fund said activities?
A major who would find this ground very attractive and a definitive (?) future production forecast??
