    is there a concession to be made that this time is structurally different? (to the boom/busts of yesteryear)

    much like stainless, a new use case is fast emerging.. with much great CAGR than the other, with specific purity requirements causing bifurcation of the commodity (class 1 v class 2)
    another point: generally, Indonesia -> China supply chain, Rest of world ->Western / North Asia supply chain (ESG friendly)
