Sure, and you're aware they raised at $3.38 in March last year? And prior to which the share price was trading around/above $3.50?
I know REITs have been under pressure but I can't help thinking shareholders would be better off if management spent more time managing what they have rather than in various Capital jiggling exercises involving nice fees to Barrenjoey.
