I see your point. Given SOLG's continued strong performance, it is becoming increasingly likely the offer will be fully subscribed. In the the event that this occurs, would a smaller holder that applied for $4,000 but was scaled back still be awarded the options?
If not, the magical number of shares required to take full advantage of the offer becomes: 432,436.
This gives an entitlement of: 108,109 x 0.037 = $4000
It will be interesting to see if today's trading reflects this or not?
