Who said they haven't maintained their holding in SOLG? They did sell a few a year or so ago, but the notion that they are reducing this holding to fund DGR is false. In any event, if they did liquidate their entire SOLG holding at current market prices it would be very difficult to argue they were derelict in their duties given the heavy discount that DGR currently trades at in relation to their listed assets.
