    all i can say are those $1.40 bids may have been stupid or dummies..

    i was not prepared to buy for more than 45 cents...

    i myself did not buy many because my Etrade would not allow me to trade EER and I had to phone and place a manual order (of which I have no control)...

    it was quite frustrating and i could have bought the next day at 40 cents but instead bought some BVE...
