Seems we had an EGM today (I didn't see an announcement??), where all outstanding resolutions were passed.
This includes: - standard issue of shares/options etc - consolidation at 200:1 - the big one, acquisition of Fleurieu Mines!
So. We got it. I think I'm quite excited about this little move!
The share consolidation will bring some interesting results, as we will start trading at 20c when consolidated. This will either further push the value of your holdings down, or, help liquidity, and given the new direction of, finally see some return in your investments!
