Given the dates in the announcement, it looks to me like this is immediate.

Another company I trade recently consolidated, they announced their timetable and next day traded on consolidated price. Interestingly, they haven't included a "last day of pre-consolidation trading", but they did include the last day for pre-consolidation transfers. Using the same maths as other consolidations, this works out as per my first line, immediately.
