NUW shares will automatically be converted to Kingston shares, at 200:1 - if you hold 2 million NUW, you will hold 10000 Kingston shares.

The shares will go into a deferred settlement period either way, which means we will trade under a code like KNGDA or something for a week, then go to the new code like KNG. Again - not sure what that code is, so don't go buying KNG until it's announced :P
