You forgot to mention that 2 of CMY's directors are the directors of Chapmans. they came onto the CMY board last year to help find a Tech business to backdoor list into CMY.
Since then Chapmans have been paid probably close to $1,000,000 now to 'advise' CMY on a tech acquisition and organise about 5 credit raises.
Will the 2 directors resign now CMY are a lithium 'exploration' company?
And the 3 CMY directors recently paid themselves a 'bonus' of $260,000 each.
No one has been able to explain why they deserved that bonus.
