Do the notes on issue get factored in as every time their net worth post suspension has been mentioned it has been based on their shares on issue of approx. 485 mil?

I think there was a previous post that based on the fire-sale share of Stella, the OCV part was worth 46c per share. Clearly OCV shares are not going to be trading at a premium, but if and when they relist and prove themselves to be a going concern, the fire-sale valuation of their Stella shareholding won't really reflect the actual value of the holding (which is probably closer to $1) as they are no longer in a situation of needing to sell that holding at a fire-sale price.
