Agree Malaga enjoy your life and spend your money on what you want - just don't complain you can't afford something because you have fritted your money away elsewhere. My whole point which is lost on numerous bears here is that a little bit of spending restraint for a few years can make a world of difference to your lifestyle in the future. But hey as you say the world needs renters as well so spend spend spend guys it will just make our life easier!
